Hey guys I’m a new member here and I’m unhappy to say I had a fall on my 05 zx6r, breaking my foot peg and rear break pedal! I can place my foot on the remaining half of the peg but the rear brake pedal is hanging...Sooo guys, I was wondering how hard would it be for me to replace both parts or should I just take it to the bike shop? I found the brake pedal for $73. I want to get back on the road ASAP.

What txredneckmedic said..VERY easy and 5 mins. Try ebay for the part unless you need it now then pick it up at your stealship who i'm sure will have to order it. So ebay might be your best best either way!

 

If you have the broken piece and need to ride NOW, have it welded until you can replace it.
