Not sure if I trust gps. + or - 6 ft tracking distance for me on the work setup. I do not know much about gps to even contemplate if I want one or not.
GPS is the most accurate form of speed & location tracking to date.

Yep. This bike had the best of everything thrown at it! Over $53K just to build!

Not sure I understand why there is a link to a squid thread though..........
Man Ron!!, you have some serious money in that machine! That dash looks awesome!I bet that 232 mph feels awesome too; just stay tucked in. You need to take that to Bonneville or ECTA and get it in the books! Lets see the rest of the bike's pics. I'll have some real CF japanese text for your bike if you're interested.

What year ninja do you have? I've got a speedo healer from my bike. If you have a 03-04 it will just plug and play. If your bike is a diffrent year I would think you would need to buy the right harness for it. let me know if you want it I'll see it cheap.

yeah but you can gps calibrate a speedohealer so you dont have to put that huge thing on your bike.
03-04 Speedo Healersare the same. The 05-06 take the universal harness. I think they have the top speed recall also but you still need a gps unit to calibrate it. Looks like Meanstrk has an aviation GPS unit.

The newer SH's all have the speed recall and a remote button that can be installed on the handlebar or another location.

is that remote a wire you tap? that would be a nice thing to have instead of opening the back everytime.

Yes, it's a small button on a long harness that you can attach anywhere.
