I have a new personal top speed...
It probably isn't "lightening fast" but....
I took my bike up to 120 MPH last night.
I was northbound the 405 freeway and got onto the northbound 605 freeway.
I got into the carpool lane which was wide open.
I got up to 120 MPH and flew down the 605 until getting off at the South St exit in Cerritos.
The bike felt pretty dang good. Although it felt like I was passing traffic like it was standing still! Kinda scary.
Crazy fun!

jj, why were you over there ? my house is right there. i usually hear all the a**holes doing 100 plus down the 605. yes, i have been one of them too. watch for the popo that hang out by the del amo exit.

.....been down that freeway many a times from Downey to Anaheim ooohhhhh bout 130 or so.......now Im going from Moreno Valley to Palm Springs and hit that 111 hwy if it aint windy about 155.......Oh yeah a ticket over 100 for me was $700.....

405 is fast// i topped over 130south bound 5 freeway into San Diego.. the trafic at one point was like down hill slalom skiing, and there is part of the freeway that has a nice gentle curve, ITs GOOD, DAMN GOOD.

Is that all. My personal best is 265kph which equates to 164mph. of course, getting caught down here in Aussie, there is much worse happen to you than just fines :P lol. i took a passenger at 240kph too. which equates to 149mph. of course, i am only willing to do this **** at like 2am in the morning, on the straightest of straights. lol
