WAS SHOWING 172 TONIGHT, WICH I KNOW IS WRONG CAUSE I CHANGED MY SPOCKETS, BUT I AM ONLY OFF BY TEN MILES PER HOUR SO I FEEL LIKE I WAS ABOUT 162. MY LAST SPEED WAS 158 BEFORE I SWITCHED SPROCKETS. ANYWAY - IT IS A GREAT FEELING UDESRCIBALBE LATE AT NIGHT WITH NO ONE ON THE INTERSTATE AND JUST PIN IT WIDE OPEN. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!

yes down one -up three. i did not like it at first but i am ok with it now. wheelies are much easier and can really blast off from the light now.

 

i dont believe 162 then your off alot more then 10 mph you may want a speedohealer

there is no such thing as off by 10mph. you will be off by a percentage ie 10% and it will be 10mph at 100 but 17mph at 170. given your sproket change speedohealer figures you are of 17% apx which would mean you hit about 142mph.

$100 is about right for a speedo healer. I got them for $85 shipped but that was when our US Dollar was better that Canada's. Now it's CN $1 for Us $1. Our economy is going to CRAP! BTW, Kozuma's right about your speedo being way off with that -1+3gearing.

 

how far off is the speedo on a stock 04 636?? the fastest i've gotten it is 155 according to the speedo
