is that indicted or gps? i have not hit triple digits on my 636 but i hit 171 gps calibrated back in the day on my 05 r1...... the 07 has seen 140 indicated (i have the speedohealer but i am to lazy to stick the gps on to get the difference for calibration)

 

167 mph with 12 % deduction for speedo error

 

160 with stock speedo. So when do you want to take my bike for a spin? I want to hear what you think riding a 636 and 600 back to back.

 

when I realized just how fast I was going I let off, it still had a little to go . The 167 was after the 12% deduct , I am sure the speedois off just not sure by how much . I've got a speedo healer but haven't had the chance to install it yet .

 

what is the stock speedo error? i need it so i can calibrate my speedo healer.

 

I've heard anywhere from 10 - 15 % , but again I am not sure .Haven't checked mine at higher speeds .It's my understanding the error gets greater as the speed increases .I do know mine is fairly accurate at lower speeds ( 35 -55 to 60 or so )

Holy crap hoe, mikeyntnc and aszrael! The second time on the bike I hit 120mph, I know lame...but it was at night. So no laughing ok?....[sm=icon_rock.gif]oh and the road here in PA suck. Alright I'm out of excuses.

 

Nothing that i know of yet. There is a guy who is pretty new to riding i was going to take him up to the wall for a "slow" ride to show him where its at and so he can get some experince in the twisties.
