OK, I finally got them, so I was fixxing the bike last night and was trying to put on the sliders, but if I take the washer that was already in the bike the bolt only has two threads, but if I don't use the washer then the sliders are too loose because there is too much thread.
For the 03 bikes do you need to keep the washers in or not. It looks like I will need to either get a longer bolt, right?

 

or you can cut down the bolt that came with it with out the washers
