It's sad... but I have to sell my bike. Doing a big move and just can't bring it with me right now. The big question is... How much should I try and sell it for?

I have a 2005 ZX-6R Raw Titanium. 1900 miles. Great shape.

Any one have a ball park figure of what the market value is on this bike? I've checked the blue book... but it seems awefully low.

I'd like to see $7000, does that sound unrealistic?

Sorry, can't tell ya how much it should sell for, but really sorry to hear you have to sell it. Sweet looking bike!

 

depending on where your at too. in cali it would be normal to see that bike go for 8500 to 9000, yes on a used one too. new ones in the cycle trader are listed as 8600 otd, used ones are selling for 9500 give or take.

 

It all depends on the condition, but assuming an average bike; normal wear and tear, I would say at least 7,400 ... if you have time to sell it. If it will be a fire sale you may need to lower the price.

Check www.NADA.com. It will give you an average retail.

in cali you could get 7k otherwise 6500. even at 7k most of the 05s have some mods that are included.

 

I just picked up my brand new 05 ZX-6R for $7500, brand new with 0 miles on it. This was also in the middle of Jan. in New Hampshire.

I can not say for sure but I sware I have seen that picture in another post about some one how got there boots soaked and raod in thongs untill they dried.

I smell something bad here.
