97 ZX-6 only starts...with push-start...

97 ZX-6 only starts...with push-start...

Hey guys, so my ZX-6 wont start unless its push-started. Any ideas why that would be? Also, is it bad to push start it for a day or 2? Thanks for any help guys!

have you tried the black button next to the throttle grip??

test your battery or get a new one and a battery tender with it. do you have any power at all? horn? lights? will it crank?

my friend had the exact same problem, it is the main relay from the battery, the one that powers the starter
