my 93 zx6e1 willrun great till it warms up and the fan kicks on, then a rough idle starts, making it hard to pull out, after i take it for a ride to make the temp guage go back down from normal it will run great until back up to operating temp, then the rough idle starts again, i now have 1k into finding out what could be causing this, im about to sell it and i really dont want to but i cant buy another part without knowing if its the problem , thanks all

 

Is the bike using any water? You may have an heat expansion leak across the head gaskets.

 

Nope, good idea. Checked for that

 

Have you tried pulling the fuse to the fan? I know you can't ride around long like that but just let it idle and where the fan would normally kick in see if the idle changes, could be a bad fan drawing to many amps.

 

and hopefully a bad fan pulling over amps would kick out the fuse.

I would check coils and wires.
