Unhappy Poorly 1999 zx6r

Hi all im after any suggestions on getting my zx6r better
My bike is down on power, whils riding steadily at approx 4000 rpm it missfires slightly,if i give it some stick it goes through the gears quickly but then struggles in the last 2 gears to get over 100 mph,it feels like it runs out of fuel, also when i slow down for roundabouts or traffic i have to rev it to get the power back,it misses badly for a couple of seconds then after reving a bit it will clear.
I had it serviced last week oil, filter, plugs and fuel filter,I also had the carbs cleaned and setup and it has made no diffrence

any help would be gratefully recieved

Welcome to KF

as mentioned by Bluebeast

Check for an inline fuel filter, the carbs floats, a full soak and clean as well as the carb sych. Check the rubber boots for wear, looseness and for any cracks.
