Not necessarily; Just because one bike (same year & model) get a certain HP with same mods, doesn't mean all of the same year/ modelbikes will get he same. An 07 ZX6R with just a PCIII &slip-on may no getmaximum capable(actual HP)because the Catalytic converter is very restrictive. The bike is rated at around 100-105 RWHPstock. Depending on the dyno & the type of dyno (Dynojet A/F ratio or Eddy Current type), your RWHP rating can be all over the place. To Maximize the stock engine HP you would need atleast a K&N or BMC air filter and a Full Exhaust system plus some type of FI programmer like a PCIII or Race Kit ECU. We got 120 RWHP on the 07 ZX6R endurance bike with a Full Leo Vince, BMC & Race Kit ECU plus some ignition & fuelmapprogramming. Before the Kit ECU & programmingwe only got 107 RWHP with the above mods. It's all about the right combo & tuning. Just because you throw a bunch of go-fast parts on the bike doesn't mean it's going to be fasteror more powerful. Just with theECU Jumper mod we were able to get 10 RWHP with the full system!

The 03-04's weren't as restricted because ther wasn't a Catalytic converter or an exhaust valve stock so just with a Slip-On, Filter& PCIII, there was a lot to be gained. With he 05-08 ZX6R's, the have the Cat & the exhaust valve plus theECU castrated US model were limited (Until thejumper mod was discovered). With the 05-08's a Full system is highly recommended for max performance.

Speed hit it right on. I'm sure with a full system and power comander you would see a biger gain on an 05+ bike then you would see on an 03-04 bike simply due to the emissions stuff. The slip on I was an Arrow slip on.
