Default Power Loss from Gasoline

Hey I just started using octane 91 gas in my ninja 250ex, and it has no power at all, it won't get up to 45mph.

I actually ran completely out of gas, then refilled it with octane 91 gas, and now this is happening.

Halp?

Good Luck
