I changed them yesterday morning. There are 7000 miles on the bike, so I just said what the heck. I was also curious on how the bike ran lean or rich because I bought it used with the full muzzy exhaust and don't know if they re-jetted the carb or not.

Well when I pulled the plugs they look great, there a tan/golden brown. So the engine is running perfect there was almost no carbon and nothing was white or glazed over. Im guessing it may run slightly lean on full WOT runs but not enough to damage the engine.

And I didn't pull the tank to change the plug. It only took about 30 - 45min to change them doing it my first time on the bike so it wasn't that bad at all.

 

Thats great that they look good with the Muzzy. Did you use NKG?
