I like the looks of the 250 better than the 500. I don't do much highway riding, so the 250 is perfect for what I need a bike for.

The 250 is fun and gets 70 mpg to gallon. I used to have one and sometimes I wish I still had it. I communted on the freeway with mine it is comfortable at speeds of 70-75 mph.

The 250 is ok on the highway. Keeps up with traffic no problem. Just gotta watch the "engine wash" coming off those big rigs. They can feel like your tires are slipping out sometimes but that's only because the bike doesn't have as much weight as a car so the wind is more pronounced.

SPIT,SPIT

All rides dance when confronting trucks, buses etc.
Personnally never owned a 250, I still want one though.

I love to draft behind them. just let 'em pass you slow and catch the vortex on their 5:00 and let off the throttle...smooth riding.
