Hi - short introduction, been living near seattle for the last 18 years and recently moved to N Central WA between Leavenworth and Wenatchee where there are 100's of miles worth of logging roads and trails literally out my back door. Been wanting a DS for a long time now and found a seemingly nice '06 klx250s with 4300 miles on it. some included upgrades are a seat concepts wide seat, kuoba lowering kit (perfect for me as i am 5'9"), fmf powercore4, and new MT21 tires. i am really looking forward to spring riding and expect to 80% of it offroad. sadly we just got 6" of snow in the last couple days so will be waiting a little longer.

couple questions on further upgrades..

what is the recommended skid plate? those 2 hoses seem pretty exposed.
has anyone done an LED conversion on the lights?
