Default Needing some knowledge.

I’m back on the road again enjoying a new bike after having to get rid of my 07 CBR1000RR and I got too comfortable, the new bike unfortunately had to be the 2016 kawi ninja 650r. As most of you know, a wife can be hard to bargain with so I’ll leave it at that. Long story short, I consistently pushed this bike to the max because let’s be honest, it just didn’t have the liter bike power I am accustomed to. I got too comfortable and on a nice sunny day after weeks of rain I went for a ride and pushed the bike to its max on a notorious corner/loop and went down. Myself and the bike cartwheeled off the highway and into a water catch basin. Roughly 3’ deep. The bike shut off immediately but I wasn’t able to get to the key to kill power until I was able to get oriented. “Roughly a minute”
after the bike sat nose down in the water for about 5 minutes, a few observers came to assist pulling the bike out. Once out the bike still had power when I turned the key to on, I didn’t dare try to start the bike just in case water got into the mechanical system.
Pulled the tank, pulled the coil packs “good but replaced anyway”, pulled plugs “replaced as well”, checked compression “good”-no fluids splashed from cylinders, no oil in plug ports, drained oil and fuel, fuel had water the oil had zero water contamination. Main relay is good, replaced ecu, tip sensor is good, safety switch is good. Kick stand switch is good. Dash keeps throwing FI code 12 “air inlet sensor” also the ABS LIGHT STAYS ON SOLID EVEN IF I HAVE THE KEY OUT OF THE BIKE. I have to unmount the battery for it to turn off. “Air inlet sensor” replaced it twice. All fuses are good. All grounds are intact and new. Battery replaced. Bike cranks over, tries to start but won’t. It’s getting fuel to the injection system, just no air mix it seems like.

Its spring and im missing out on peak ride season!!! Please help me!!!

I would start by pulling every connector apart and cleaning the pins and sockets. double check the connector and attachment of ever sensor and sender. check the ABS pickups for clearance to the rotor (there is a gap setting in the manual). sorry, don't know that bike but I have had others that have an ABS reset procedure. it usually involves grounding and opening some wire a number of times, or installing a jumper, or grounding and then turn on the key, or key off/on.... sorry, dunno that bike
