Looking for some possible info on possible Pilot jet issue I have a 09 klx 250sf mods are as follows
351 kit
stock carb cvk
132 dj
dj needle 4th notch
40 Pilot
2.5 turns on fuel screw
hiflo air filter
lid removed
Valves are in spec
timing spot on
starts perfect when cold ,when hot well it sucks trying to get it started Iam thinking it is to rich on pilot cause I can remove choke right after it' fire cold and run perfect , also idle is a bit funny on the other hand it runs amazing thur rev range pulls like a mule not hesitations
