What's up? I just bought an 06 ZX-10. I should have it this friday or saturday. I'm psyched as it's my first liter bike. I had an 03 Yamaha R6, which I loved, but wanted to move up. I was interested in an R1, but I decided I wanted to go green for this bike. I can't say that I'm all that brand loyal, because I'm not sure what my next bike will be after this, but I'm going to enjoy this one for a few years and maybe try something different. So, I'll hang out here for awhile if you don't mind me too much.

Welcome to the fourms. That new zx10r is a nice looking bike. I got to sit on one today at the dealer and it felt lighter than my zx6r.

 

Nice choice... fastest production bike out... I think I know 05 was and 06 is claimed to have a revised powerband due to some changes. So hold on and enjoy the ride, cause its quick...

I only got to ride it home 7 miles from the dealer, so I don't have much of a review yet, but I will as soon as this damn weather breaks.
