Probably the same reason you see ads like, "!992 Harley Springer, excellent condition, always garaged, 4000 miles, loaded with chrome, $15,500 obo."

Folks do a lot of compulsive buying. You do understand compulsive behavior I think. Once they get it home they find out they are not up to the task of riding it and it sits around. Then they make up excuses for why they are selling it.

Hey, as someone afflicted with Multple Bike Disorder, I really like people like that.

Sure do wish I could find a cheap way to get that DT125 here.

 

I absolutely love this bike.

When I purchased it I was/am a newbie rider. I spent years trying to figure out if I wanted to ride street or dirt. After having this bike for about 6 months, I realize that I like the street aspect better.

Because I can't afford to have two motorcycles, I can relate to people selling this bike... because I want to cruise the canyon roads.

 

I just purchased one seen on Seattle Craigslist last weekend. 130 miles just like new. Oh hey, I am new here also!
