Default what about the 330 and 340? 351?

Hi,
So what the verdict on the 351 kit from a longevity and heat handling capability? I am wondering if the 330 or 340 kits would be a good compromise..... Also, This Bill seems like a cool guy!. I really am proud of seeing people and businesses like this. Speaks well for the 'ol US of A.

I've got about 300 miles on the 351 kit so far and love it.

Zero probs, pulls like a raped ape with stock gearing.

And as far as heat, I had it in some tight, slow single track yesterday, and the fan only came on two or three times.. But it shuts right off about 10 seconds later. I'm guessing it's staying cool enough.

Hands down the best way to get good power out of your KLX

I tried everything short of new cams with the 250. Once I put the 351 in I get a weird fuzzy feeling in my pants whenever I ride it

I have about 260 miles on the KK 330 kit so far, it's great so far. When I'm cruising down the road, there's been some moments when I tried upshifting, but I was already in 6th gear. It just pulls so much harder in 6th gear. I have stock gearing too.

I've got 2300 miles or so on my 340 kit with no problems. Thought about changing the gearing, but honestly, the bike pulls so well, I might just wait until the stock chain and sprockets wear out. The only time I notice the fan kicking on is when I get stuck and have to wrestle it out.

The 340 kit uses a sleeve just like the 351 kit does, so I'm sure you can expect the same longevity from Bill's kit.

Sorry got all excited again...

Bill Blue is a great guy to deal with and he does great work as well!

Either size of kit you go with you will be pleased.

Big bore is the biggest bang for the buck hands down.

Does it improve highway cruising at all? With a 15 tooth front?
