Yes, they come in 3 different styles, metal bar only, plastic shield, and plastic shield + extended spoiler. I have the extended version and everything you need is included. The downfall is that with it as a package deal, should you screw them up in a crash, you have to buy them all over, you can't just replace the busted aluminum components, only the plastic is available separately.
