[edit] Just realized that the bike came with ProTaper SEs. I can't seem to delete the thread, though. Also, it looks like the Barkbusters VPS hand guards mount inside the brace, so they don't take up any more bar space.

I've got a phone mount and a GoPro mount taking up pretty much all of the spare space on my bars, which will make mounting hand guards pretty much impossible.

I'm also 6'4" and would like something a little wider and taller.

What've folks found and liked so far? It looks like 810 is pretty much a standard, so maybe going wider isn't really an option, and it sounds like the cables don't really have enough play in them to go wider anyway?

 

Most new MX bars are relatively wide and most riders may cut off half an inch to an inch off each end for better ergonomics, so they may be what you want off the shelf. If you want higher you can buy ATV bend bars. Look at manufacturers' web sites, they usually list how much rise, pull back, and width on their sites.
