On my CR there isn't a torque spec for the plug. The owners manual simply states, "Hand tighten spark plug until seated, then turn 1/8 of a turn more with a wrench"

On NGK plug boxes, there's the torque rating for that plug.

I use torque wrenches quite a bit, but honestly it depends on what Im working on.

Engine or brake related, I use the torque wrench. Body panels I do the blue loctite and snug them. I still tq the axles prior to safety wiring.

Don't waste your time with a torque wrench. Plugs (w/anti seize), oil plug, filter, etc. Take it hand tight then snug it up. It's worked for 20+ years everyday. Never had a come back doing it that way.
I have to agree and dsagree. I am also a mechanic and am comfortable tightening just about everything by feel but...Not everyone has a feel for how torqued something is. Otherwise there wouldn't be so many stripped nuts & bolts. Some people overtorque everything & others don't torque enough. So I am always afraid to tell people to go by feel. That's why Kawi has torque specs, to protect them from being blamed for stripped nuts & bolts. I do believe that some people are born with a calibrated hand and don't need torque wrenches.
