Default Tire/ tube for '06 KLX250s?

Hey y'all, I'm getting back to the States soon and need some help with a tire and tube combo. Just before I left my bike in storage I ripped the valve stem and tube out of my tire and so now I need new. I am looking at getting the Dunlop 606 rear but I don't know the tire size and the tube that I need for the repair, any one know off hand what size I should be looking at for tire and tube?

Also, just before I left the US last year I put a 2 bros slip on M7 VALE pipe on this bike. I held off jetting the bike because I bounce back and forth between 200 ft to 9000 ft and am looking either to jet this bike for somewhere in between the two elevations (if even effectively possible), or getting two different jet sizes for the different altitudes. Any suggestions here would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance--

Front Dunlop D606 in 120/90-18. I used an IRC heavy duty tube fitted for that size tyre.
Here's a pic'

Jetting: Try a #132 main jet and set the fuel screw 2.5 turns out. Raise the stock needle 1-1.5 mm with a shim and remove the airbox lid. Good starting point IMHO. The stock #35 pilot should be fine.
