Their were some states that received some 450's with paperwork that wasn't coded as off road only . Unfortunately WA was not one of them. A friend was able to locate one and have it shipped and got a plate here. He's put over 7000 hard DS miles on it, felt it might need a piston so tore it down. Everything looked perfect.
Good luck with the sale. I'm holding out hope that Kawi will release the KLX 450 as a dualie.
CL- I'd buy a CRF450X in a second if I thought I could get it plated. I thought the title classification prevented such a thing. But I guess they don't make Baja kits for nothin'.
