Good point ol guy, hey anyone remember that movie where they shrunk a submarine and went inside a guys body,....Incredible Journey or Fantastic Voyage or something like that, if only we could do that and get in the carb and watch what was happening.......OK maybe not.[8D]

If the carb is overflowing it would leak fuel out the overflow tube to the floor before it gets to the cylinder shouldn't it?

Luckily our meeting spot was Wal-Mart so he spent $12 on a cheap oil pan, a socket set, and a bottle of Rotella, and was back in business.

So Wal-Mart is a handy place to meet - even if you don't have the right tools, you can just buy whatever you need and work in the parking lot.

No it wasn't Innerspace, it was called the Fantastic Voyage. I mean come on Raquel Welch, even at the age of 12 when I first saw it I thought she was hot.

Scientist Jan Benes, who knows the secret to keeping soldiers shrunken for an indefinite period, escapes from behind the Iron Curtain with the help of CIA agent Grant. While being transferred, their motorcade is attacked. Benes strikes his head, causing a blood clot to form in his brain. Grant is ordered to accompany a group of scientists as they are miniaturized. The crew has one hour to get in Benes's brain, remove the clot and get out.

OK back on topic, its been a week or so since I turned off the fuel hit the throttle a few times and turned the bike off. I went out and turned the gas on, waited for a few seconds, and hit the starter, and nothing[&:] I cranked on it for 2 minutes off and on, and not even a sputterThen I rolled the bike out into the driveway and did the classic bike tip, held it there for 20 seconds, tipped the bike back up, hit the starter and it fired right up. So what does that mean if anything? I am going back to the "deej" method until someone comes up either with a fix or a easier way to get the bike to start after extended periods of down time.

Tried it on the CRF to no avail either. I will fire it up and try the deej method on it to see if that works. I have all winter to try things out, so if the deej method works, I will be cutting down on it every week until I find the break point.
