I am comparing it to a 400 cc DZR.

You can built RD 400- with a real fat power if you know what you are doing. I did this one 30 years ago.
I would hang out with one of the best two stroke flat track tuners and he knew his stuff. Reliablity
without reving the crap out of it. I wish I still had the knock off wheels. (back on topic)
