I'd try cleaning the plug, crank it w/ the plug removed (and gas off). Then, an ever so small shot of liquid fire (starting fluid) in the airbox w/ the filter out. but be careful[:-], too much can blow up the engine. and keep a heavy blanket nearby incase it backfires through the airbox.
