starter idler gear bushing worn at one side.
I don't know what this means.
Anyway, that OP & my bushing only has load on it when the starter is engaged. So if you get something to work for the bushing, it should last for quite a while if you don't use the starter a lot.
I think they must have had a bad run of those bushings for some reason.

My collar / Bushing was OD 14mm Id 10mm.
The one that came out.
I made the same size although i think i will make another one with a tighter tolerance on the ID.
This will do temporarily
I managed to get a piece of Stock Bronze. ($15)
Then when i went to borrow the lathe the machinist (IF that is what you call them offered to do it for me for $ 2 ) That included making some pre-load spacers from PTFE for my fork springs. 5mm / 10mm /15mm and 20 mm.
