Thanks for the comments. It sounds perfect. Inbetween aftermarket and stock. It has a deep tone without the raspy putt putt sound. I plugged the baffle with a freeze plug and drilled four 1/2" holes in it. It was still poppy sounding until I welded the tip on. There is a 1.5" hole at the end of the pipe inside the 2.25" tip.

Gotcha... Looks like he modified the end of the stock muffler to lose the baffles and increase the exit whole.... Nice job!!!

Does anybody make a down-turnedtip for the Big Gun Evo X? Most of the exhaust tips I've seen go straight back.

Someone else who did a custom exhaust said that orienting the exhaust towards the ground quiets it down a bit without causing any significant restrictions. If that's true, it might be worth investigating.
