Deej it looks great! I was going to do the same thing on Friday but I ran out of time. I don't have the flush mount blinkers but I think it looks much better like that. [sm=smiley20.gif]What did you use to cut the plastic?

Thanks, I used a straight edge to mark the lines, and surprisingly the plastic cut pretty easily with a good quality box knife. I went real light and straight then applied more pressure on each pass. then they just snapped off. Cleaned the edges up a little and that's it.

What are the part numbers for the rear fender assembly in this picture? I am looking for a replacement rear fender with no holes.

Not sure what you mean. That is the stock fender. If you are talking about the light, this is what I bought.

Kit not D.O.T. approved
But it clearly states this....not sure on my take on this....I've already been pulled over 4 times since i put the exhaust on....not sure if they need more ammo on me.....And yes i ride responsibly. but i'm also in an area where it's becoming a problem of dirtbikes and atv's on the street.

What kit is not DOT approved? You mean the flush mount turn signals? That maybe true, but the tail light is legal. Also I think the light approval is sort of like the ratings on movies, it sometimes doesn't make sense. Take for example the flush mounts that are not DOT approved, and yet they are 5 times as bright as the approved turns built into the Acerbis hand guards, I wouldn't worry about it. One final thought, if you live in a state where turn signals are not even required then you certainly can't get pulled over for anything to do with the blinkers.
