Removal of exhaust butt plug

I have been getting some great advice here and want to remove the plug but do not know what to do after removing the allen screw. Do I knock it out or pull it out or something else?

There is no butt plug on the 250S, only the 300 and old 250R have a removeable end cap.

That is just the spark arrestor cleanout hole.
