Default Question when the back whell is on the air engine stops.

HI guys.

Yesterday, i had some ideas. I putted my klx on the stand and turn on the engine ( works fine). I sat on them and i turned on the first gear. i wanted to move the back wheel, i let the clutch and gave him more power around 4000RPM.now i let clutch after that the engine stopped. i tried few times and it is still the same. It is some protection if the klx falls over the engine stops? I have no any idea.

Thank you.

Sounds like your kickstand/ clutch lever switch. was the kick stand down when this happened?

They are meant to keep you from riding off with the kickstand down, and to keep you from starting the bike while it's still in gear. you can disable both switches which might save you some trouble shooting headaches down the road some day. You will have to be extra careful that you dont start the bike in gear or pull out with the kick stand down though.
