wow.... this is a really confusing thread..... lol.... all i know is my bike runs great, 128 kawi jet.

The throttle response might have gotten better simply because of the length of the needle, so if you moved the needle's clip around it might be better.

who knows. it "sounds" like your bike is running OK, but that doesn't mean much of anything from our point of view.

after original jetting i only had to open my carb up 2 more times......

I had to open it about 10 times upto now lol.. Pretty frustrating..

ya have to pay attention to how it acts at different throttle positions..... if its falling on its face on the top end....... need a bigger main.... studdering low end..... air fuel screw, pilot jet..... and the needle is for mid throttle
