I use Mobil 1 Racing 4T 10w-40. It's available at my local walmart, and I had a very noticeable change in shifting performance. My wet clutch loves the stuff!

I use Amsoil but I get it for $8 USD. Otherwise I'd use the Mobil 1 Racing 4T. I recommend always changing the filter at oil change time.
