Nice! I remember when I had similar mods first put on. Great feeling isn't it? A 13 tooth front sprocket will make the bike able to lift up in second no clutch. They are super cheap and work with stock chain, but raise the RPM at the same speeds.

I replaced the chain & rear sprocket and went with a 44t.

Queen, if you want more, call DJ and get a DJ138 main jet (instead of the usual DJ140 due to your quiet tip) and a few more DJ washers coming..
Do-up the 138 and set the clip on 2N (second notch from the top) , pull off the airbox lid and hang on! Power levels above 7k gonna surprise you..

Not that I have seen. Seem to be made of good quality stainless steel.

So not the same material as the old "works" style two stroke pipes? Those started looking rank after a season or two.

I believe the WORKS pipes were very thin reg. steel. I remember you had to wipe them with wd40 after every days use.

My fmf pipe on my Klx is almost 3 years old and looks new. Just gold now in color. It get no special treatment.

Awesome. That was literally the only thing keeping me from ordering. FMF has one on the way now.

Hope to install the KLX300R cylinder I recently bought soon too.

Stainless usually has no rust. Two stroke chambers were usually mild steel and would rust. If you really want to be sure of no rust have the pipe ceramic coated. No rust.

Maybe the ceramic coating would help reduce severity of burns in crashing too... hm.
