Hi everyone. Joining because im buying a 2009 klx250 on friday and i cant wait. Been a few years since last on a bike so really looking forward to it. Not seen it in real life yet but looks really good in the pics. Looking forward to reading all your posts about the bike, Thanks

 

Ask if they have done either of the following: Jetted carburetor and if jetted, any details of what was used. Has the MCM (Marcelino cam timing modification) been done. Things you want to know.

 

Fair warning: If your bike does not run properly at time of sale, you may end up on the long arduous path of becoming a CVK carb expert before you can get it running correctly - especially if the previous owner has performed mods on the carb that are "wrong"..
