I've been leaning towards making the 250 all white with just a black seat
but i drag them through the brush alot and i think if i painted the side panels it would just be scraped off
anyone have experience with how well the krylon fusion or other paints hold up in the bush?

Nosweat man! Just think one or two gears higher for everything you do. Take full advantage of the whopping increase in low-end grunt.
