Default No ride ride report report UPDATE!!!!!

Since I haven't really been able to ride the KLX because of various reasons, and beingreally busy at the deej house, I decided to post a report about something else we have been working on........ the fence. The oldone blew down during the last storm. Hmmm the old fence was 20+ years old, I can't imagine why it fell.[8D] Anyway, after trying to fit in some work time in between the storms, the early dark days and delays in shipping, we are nearing its completion and so today we decided to take it easy and go cut a full 6 rack truck load of fire wood. The kid and the wife got into the action and so here are a couple of pics of that andthe back yard project.

Look at that early morning sky, after raining and storming for weeks on end we finally got a blue and cold day, it was in the mid 20's.

Whew.....that was a lot of work. We got home and unloaded it all. My wife is awesome, she handled each and every piece of that wood handing it to me to stack. She's the best.

Here are a couple of pics of the nearly completed back yard project.

And this is the back yard, I hope the neighbors kick in some money, that cedar fence alone was $1000.00

Well that's it, now maybe I can get back to the more important things............RIDING!!!!![8D]

That awesome that the whole family gets involved with bringing the firewood in and stacking it,most kids today have no idea what it's like to work.My kid works at his grandpa's farm every day and has since he could walk and it pisses my mother off that he would rather go to his other grandparents house and work than hang out with her and go shoppin or something

Well it gets into the 20's but we only have baseboard electric heat or the wood stove. Wood burning heat is #1 here in the great northwest.
