I think its a Cortech bag. It also has a map window that snaps and Velcro's to the top. It also came with a rain fly and it has tons of room inside and pockets for pens and paperwork.

I picked mine up in the road bike section of my local bike shop. But here is a link to the bag, and I got it for the same price.

And I agree totally, people that dump trash in the woods should be tied to a tree for a week, let them understand the way things work in the wilderness. It really pisses me off when I find trash like that. Morons !!
