Hi. Someone here recommended using a xr650 shift lever or a banchee lever to replace the 2009 klx250s klx250sm shifters. I can't get my size 13 boot on the middle of the footpeg because the shifter is so short. Are the Banchee's aluminum, I've heard to stay away from metal ones an in an event of a left side dump, it might damage the mounting stem.
