Nice find Thad.
You'll enjoy that. I've been thinking the same.
How many bikes can you fit in there?
Easily two bikes of any kind, or three dirt bikes. Now, I've seen folks with this size toy hauler have as many as six dirt bikes stuffed in one, but that won't be me. It's a 25 X 8 internal living space and about 28.5 ball-to-rear external length with about 8.5 external width. I was impressed with the 4030 dry/empty weight. I pulled it back empty with ease on the cruise control and my hemi's tow/haul mode. Here's a link...check the price. Not the dealer I used, but they show a price and stuff.
I didn't realize that the toy section was part of the living space. That really adds a lot of room. When its the first bike trip?
Probably for sure on the annual May Utah trip, but my wife and I will probably use it before then. On the large area, the thing my wife and I like about that area compared to a regular travel trailer is that you can put your own type of recliners in there on those trips where a motorcycle or such isn't loaded. IMO most of the couches and lounge areas in travel trailers aren't that comfortable...kind of cheap in most cases. As you know, we don't have kids or haul other people around, so the thing is hugely spacious for two people. That folding bench and dinette are pretty clever for stowage, and you can unbolt and remove them completely if they don't fit the particular trip profile.
The other thing is that there's a full pull-down screen door that rolls out of the roof to close off the back from bugs so you can leave the back door down if it's good weather.
