If you keep two wheels down the sand has less grit.

 

Now that that's settled, I;ll work on the good rider's that I've ridden with like 2k, quite thumper, and the irish sl@ts that I've ridden with before, since their used to my "pace".. Jeremy

It was a good ride - lots of shorter trail sections connected by roads. We didn't have time to get to the whoops section. Maybe next time. One of the bikes has that rack that tremor found - it's nice and sturdy, if maybe a little unsightly. You can see it in the first photo above - the DRZ is sporting it.

 

Hey, nice rack! Speaking of DRZ, what's wrong with his tail light? It appears to be pointing at the ground.

 

It didn't look terribly secure before we started, and I think riding that section of railroad did it in. He's in the process of fixing it in that photo. I donated some zip-ties to the effort. He said he had a new one at home, just hadn't put it on yet.
