klx 250s no throttle response

Default klx 250s no throttle response

klx 250s rejetted for high altutude idles only. If the trhottle is cracked at all it dies. any help??

Sounds like the main jet is too small.
That was what was happening when I first put on the pumper.
Swapped the stock 127 main to a 142.5 and it ran fine.

But I'm no expert.
Everything I know I learnt from people on this site.

maybe the diaphram isnt in correct... or the needle isnt seated right....

We'll need more info' on the jetting and other mods to give some feedback.

I'd try #125 Main and stick with the #35 pilot.
I read of guys using this up to 9000 feet.
The #115 Main is way too lean. The #118 is lean from stock.
In AUS we get a #132 main as stock. Runs real good out of the crate.

Kevin,
After just adding a KDX snorkel and UNI air filter I had to rejet my bike with a 122 main and then the bike ran perfectly all the way from 4,600ft to over 10,00ft, the diaphram may also not be seated properly as well (as mentioned above) but is you changed to a 112 jet the engine will never run right.
