KLX 250 to 300

Has anyone put a 300 cylinder and piston on a 250 klx??

Yeah, a lot of riders have. Bolt on. There are the Kawasaki parts or the AHL 299cc kit. Both have been used.

is there no modification required for the ECU for additional fueling?

You need to run the EJK fuel tuner with a big bore kit
