Oh, don't forget to use one of those Help caps to cap off your airbox vent, otherwise you will be sucking dirty air directly into your carb, bypassing the filter - not good!

thanks for the pics.. another mod added to the list come winter time. LOL
i was thinkin about plcement for the filter tho... i might try routing the line back into the airbox through the 2nd snorkle once i hack the airbox lid... dont know if its feasible or not but ill check it out when the time comes...

Oh, another advantage is that if you plan on doing Marty's PCV mod, you could find a PCV that you could use to just replace the coupler with and that would be a quick and simple install if you've already done this one, or you could do them both easily at the same time. Just a thought.

Great Job Brian I will be doing mine soon as it comes in . That should stay dry enough up there

I'm a little confused. If you do this mode then you Dont have to drill out the airbox hole to 3/8 right. This negates that.
