I have twin 19yos boys
just when you think they'll back off
They come up with somthing new for us to try.
I can say. If I didnt have them, I'd be so out of shape by now

Yah, can't really do anything without studs but fall.. Hey, even with studs you fall. hahaaa

I am feeling much better now. Yesterday was two weeks since.. I have just about full motion in my shoulder again, and only minimal pain in some areas..

I'm thinking wait another week or maybe 1.5wks to go for a ride..
