For those interested.
I removed the carb completelyand reinstalled the stock 135 pilot jet. I also went to the local Kawi dealer who had a stock of jets, got a 122.5 main and installed it. Ive got the factory needle w/o any shims and the slide drilled, no airbox lid, 2.0 turns on the fuel screw.

Runs like a champ!

Dunno what I did, if anything, that screwed up the last set-up. Im going to run it like this for a while, get a few mods done, then install a DynoJet kit on a crappy rainy day.
