Well, I think I put every penny to good use. Here's what I got for the money.

Pro-Taper SE KX High Bend handlebars - $62.99
Maier Deluxe Woods Pro Aluminum Handguards Aluminum - $54.99
Maier Deluxe Woods Pro Aluminum Handguard Cover Green - $36.99
One Industries Classic Bar Pad - Kawasaki - $14.99
Scott Hurricane Grips Black - $6.99
Edge tail light for the KLX250S - $76.95
Total Cost $253.90 - $20 Instant Savings at RMATV for a grand total of $233.90!

I bought everything except the tail light from RMATV. I've never bought from them before so hopefully I won't be disappointed. I found a rebate code on the internet and managed to knock that $20 off my bill right before checkout. Sweet! It was worth the 5 minutes it took to check google.

I wanted the Maier handguards because they are suppose to leave plenty of room for the clutch and brake levers. They also got pretty good reviews from what I could find.

I bought the "Edge Tail Light" to clean up the rear end. I think it looks really nice and I talked to the guys over at Wheeling Cycle Supply and they're even going to throw in a T-shirt if I send them some pictures of my bike after the install. I think they want them for their website.

I'll try to post some pictures after the install!

cuttlefish, just go into the dealership with a ball-bat and ask them if they "forgot" to give you your rebate.

Now. . . don't forget the safety equipment. . . . it's soooo much less expensive than multiple hospital stays. . . . .

Not to Knock Dan888's reply\reasoning, it's good. If/when my wife sees a charge I just tell her "Look, I'm not a drunk, I don't do drugs, I don't gamble, and I don't chase other women,.....Give me a break.' That works most of the time.

Before you order from Rocky Mtn you should scan the magazine rack. I did that before I ordered something, bought a mag for 6$ and then had a coupon for 20$. Not bad. Hope you like your new stuff. Rocky Mtn is a decent outfit.

Props for RMATV, they delivered all my stuff pretty quick and everything was perfect. I wish the pro-taper bar description stated that the bars came with a cross pad. I purchased another one because I didn't think it came with a pad. Oh well, I have an extra and that's always good...

I got the $20 discount by doing a google search for "Rocky Mountain ATV discount coupons"
