Last one. Sorry, I forgot to snap a shot of the front brake line guard and I didn't take any of the right side of the bike, basically because I didn't feel like moving the bike around and because I have a Big Gun Exhaust and didn't want to start WWIII over my pipe choice.

Hmmmm I wonder if theres a difference with the green tanks and black ones. No one with green has had gripes with it....yet the black ones seem to suck.

Some of the gripes for all the tanks are true. There is a signifigant gap between the sides of the seat and the side plastics. This is directly attributed to the fact that the tank does not sit all the way down on the frame and bumpers. And it can't or the side plastics will not align with the mounting holes in the tank. The entire tank sits 1/2 too high.

I really do not care, this is a dirt bike only for me, I ride it on the street to and from trails and on organized dual sport rides, so the extra tank capacity along with not having to worry about my stock tank taking a further beating is worth the minor fit issue.

I have a black tank, but it doesn't seem suck. So maybe not all the black ones seem to suck.

who knows. i've never really had to worry about tank capacity....but since i'm quite a bit bigger than the people i ride with...I do end up using more fuel than them (they ride teh same bike). Maybe just another couple months and they'll have fixed some of these problems and I'll get one. I don't really care about the space either....just the brass fittings bumping and leaking.

I think the leaking was a bad batch. Have not heard of that in awhile & they started including new orings as another precaution. In your situation (needing another gas tank because the stock is broke) I would not hesitate to try out the Clarke even if you are not sure if you need extra capacity.
